  • How to become a member
    • Please go to the our website merrycreator.com , click on the “Members Area” at the top right, select Join Member, then fill in the required information, and you can be our member immediately.

  • How do I log in?
    • Please click on the "Members" section at the top right of the page, enter your "Membership Account", "Member Password" and the "Verification Code" displayed on the system to log in and start enjoying Christmas shopping.

  • I forget my password
    • Click "Forgot Password" when logging in, enter the e-mail and send it out, the system will send the mail directly to your e-mail address, follow the instruction and log in again. Change your password to a new one that you can easily remember immediately after logging in.

  • I did not get the password notification mail
    • Uncertain factors such as external network congestion, your e-mail address and e-mail server are working properly, etc., will affect the e-mail transmission and reception, if you didn’t receive the password notification letter on the same day, Please check to see if there is a firewall blocking, or check if the letter is filtered to the spam box. If it is not the above, please contact us.

  • The system shows the password is wrong
    • The possible reasons are as follows: 

      (1). The password you entered is incorrect: Please click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, and the
             system will send you an email password notification letter. 

      (2). The password you entered does not match the upper/lower case. 
      (3). There's a blank in the field and the system cannot recognize it.
