  • Didn't receive a completion notice?
    • If you have not received the rental confirmation letter from the system, there are several possibilities:

      Your e-mail address is incorrect or the e-mail address is full and cannot be delivered successfully.

      The mailbox provided by the portal you use may be blocked by the server, and the mail will not be sent to your mailbox.

      Or your order was not successful. Please go to the “Member Area” and select “Order Inquiry” to check the status of your order.

  • Can I extend the lease term?
    • Ofcourse! To rent longer than 60 days, after 60 days, every 30 days, we will charge 10% of the original rent.

      If there is a temporary renewal requirement after the lease, please contact us one week before the
      expiration date of the lease.

  • How do I check my order?
    • After logging in, please click on the top of the homepage to enter the "Member Area" and select "Order Inquiry" to check the status of your order.

      Or please go to "Contact Us" to leave a message, and we will contact you soon and help you solve the problem.

  • Why can't I see my order history?
    • There may be three situations:

      • The information you filled in is incorrect or different from the inquiry mail
      • Not ordered successfully
      • Non-site order
  • out of stock
    • When you placing an order, there may be insufficient stock due to the fact that many members have
      placed orders at the same time. In the event of this condition, we will decide to ship in the order in
      which we received the payment. If it is not possible to ship, the member will be notified and assisted:
      change the merchandise, adjust the lease date or cancel the order.

  • Did not receive the invoice?
    • Invoices will be sent out at the same time with the lease items, if you didn't receive the invoices, please contact our customer service, thank you.
