FAQ

  • Specify delivery time
    • After confirming of the payment, it will be delivered according to the "Delivery Date" in the order information.
      In order to avoid the traffic jam when transporting close to the holiday season, please order as early as possible.

  • Extend the lease term
    • To rent for more than 90 days, after 90 days, every 30 days, we will charge 10% of the original rent.

      If there is a temporary renewal requirement after the lease, please contact us one week before the expiration date of the lease.

  • Due date
    • Three days before the due date, we will send a reminder, and at the same time confirm the need to return or renew the lease. On the day of the lease expiration, please return the returned goods in the original box, we will go pick up the
      returned products. (If the original carton is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of the carton)

      If the member cannot be contacted within one week after the expiration and the rental is completed, the member will be
      deemed to purchase the rental product with a deposit.

  • Deposit refund
    • Once we have received your return item we will proceed to refund the deposit to your original account within 3-5 business days.
  • Attention
      • When you receive the rental item, please keep the original carton for reuse when the lease expires.
      • Damage caused by improper use will be treated as a compensation for the purchase of rental goods by the customer.
      • All items are only suitable for indoor display.
